Application Form & Payments

How to apply:

1. Fill out an application form by March 30, 2026: Festival Application Form (click here)

2. Submit the application fee of $50 (application fee waived for applications received before March 1, 2026). You may pay:

  1. By check to International Musicians Network, 233 W Barnard Street, West Chester, PA 19382, USA
  2. Wire transfer. For bank transfer information please contact us at international.musicians.net@gmail.com.
  3. You may also choose to submit your payment through one of our electronic payment options:

3. Audition:
• Live audition with one of the faculty, or
• Submit a link to a video of an unedited concert or studio performance. Conducting videos should be orchestra view. Composers should submit sample works as a pdf file accompanied by either a recording or a midi file.
Payment Schedule
• Application fee of $50: due with the application form.
• 50% due April 15, 2025.
• Full payment before July 1, 2025.

  • Shuttle/car cost due at arrival in Vidin. Video tape cost due during the first week.
  • Note: Bank, PayPal, or other transaction fees, as well as underpayment due to currency fluctuations are the responsibility of the payer (participant).
